About Us
For decades, we have been dedicated to the study and practice of martial arts that emphasise real-world life preservation skills. Our journey has focused on seeking authentic defensive systems built on solid principles—systems that prepare individuals not only for empty-hand combat but also for the effective use of weapons.
At their core, all combative disciplines can be understood through three fundamental methods: striking (as seen in boxing and karate), grappling (such as wrestling and jujitsu), and weapon-based fighting with impact or cutting weapons. Through years of experience across all three areas, we have found the most effective way to teach these concepts is through a simplified, principle-driven approach.
Our method centres on the use of the stick, inspired by the principles of Balintawak Arnis, Karate and Jujitsu. This approach allows students to develop practical survival skills in a direct and efficient way. The movements, timing, and strategies learned are fully transferable—equipping practitioners to respond effectively with a variety of weapons as well as in empty-hands combat.
By integrating these elements into one cohesive system we help students save time and build real capability covering all possibilities.
